FAQs

  • For our monthly packages, you can opt to pay in full at the beginning of the month or split your payment into two equal payments (to be paid biweekly). We offer payment plan options for our creative services however your service must be paid in full before your full project is completed. Please inquire about payment plans on our consulting packages.es here

  • We curated a variety of packages to best fit our clients' needs however, we understand that you may need something more custom depending on your business. We are happy to create a custom package for you if one of our signature packages doesn't align with your brands needs.

  • Our turnaround time for our creative services depends on the size of your project. We suggest inquiring 4-8 weeks from your desired start date on our packages. This ensures there is enough planning time on both ends. However, we may be able to accommodate a shorter turnaround time! Inquire for more information.

  • We prioritise long-term success over instant gratification and overnight results which is why we require a minimum of three months on our monthly services. You will have the option to renew your contract with us at the end of your agreement (we’re sure you’ll want to!). Note: your first month will be strictly for onboarding and strategy creation, and posting will begin during month two!

  • Yes. You will receive a mockup of your feed and your content calendar for you to review and request edits where needed
